In this line of work, shovels, wheelbarrows and calloused hands are the most basic tools required for success. Sometimes though, there are jobs that require a scale that shovels and wheelbarrows just can't tackle. B.C. Pavers employs a full range of specialized and appropriate equipment to perform our work. Our employees are trained and experienced in the safe operation of Loaders, Excavators, Forklifts, Compactors and Dump trucks. Efficiency and safety benefit everyone involved and allow us to get your project done on time.
Our people are the heart of everything we do. We invest in loyalty, reliability, intelligence and honesty, so that we don't have to invest in correcting the damage that the wrong people can cause.
We are truly a team. We look out for each other, teach each other and take pride in what we do. We respect each other, and the processes involved in our chosen profession.
We know that when we send quality people to a job site, we don't need to worry about how the job will turn out. With our team, you don't have to worry either.
B.C. Pavers' employees learn their craft in many ways. We attend schools such as The Advanced School for Segmental Paving, and courses, such as NCMA Segmental Retaining Wall installer course and the ICPI Paver and Permeable installer Certification courses.
The most important education we gain though, comes directly from actually performing this work. Our average employee has over 6 years with the company. That's 12,000 hours of practice. We will send experienced workers to your jobsite, so you can be assured that your job will get done right.
